- General provisions
The gift card «Sviat» certifies the right of its holder to purchase kitchen dishes made by the Principal within the denomination corresponding to the amount of deposited funds. Payment for the card on the website is made through an authorized commercial agent who acts on behalf of and in the interests of the Principal on the basis of the Agency Agreement.

2. Terms and conditions of refund
Right to refund: The buyer (individual) who purchased the Gift Card «Sviat» on the site has the right to return it and receive the funds back within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase, provided that the card was not used to pay for meals. Restrictions: After using the card (activation to receive meals) or after the expiration of the 14-day period from the moment of purchase, the funds for the card are not returned.
- Return registration procedure
To issue a refund, the Buyer must: Send an e-mail application to: contact@papashon.com or call +38(048)701-00-88. In the application, note: Buyer’s name, phone number, date of purchase, card denomination, LiqPay fiscal check (or payment receipt) and bank card details (IBAN) for refund.
- Terms and procedure for payment of funds
Refunds are made in non-cash form to the bank card from which the payment was made, or using the IBAN details specified in the application. Funds are transferred within 7 banking days from the moment of receipt and approval of the return application. The trade commission of the LiqPay payment system for conducting a return transaction is withheld in accordance with the rules of the payment service
